The list of data resources and dashboards found below have been collected, vetted, and provided by the Community Commission for Public Safety and Accountability (CCPSA). We thank them for their partnership and assistance in collecting these resources for shared use by our community!

The following pages provide a list of publicly available data resources. These data resources provide a large breath of information that can also be tailored to a particular district.

CPD also provides instructions on how to access publicly accessible data and request information/data HERE.

CPD Community Engagement Resources

This link provides an opportunity for community members to comment on CPD policy.

This link includes all District Strategic Plans. District Strategic Plans are yearly outline a District’s core crime reduction priorities and community engagement goals over the course of a year created in conjunction with the community.

This Quarterly Report for the Community Policing Advisory Panel (CPAP) is intended to provide Panel members with a snapshot of progress made on the implementation of its proposals. OCP intends to publish the Quarterly Report every quarter moving forward.

This CPD dashboard displays information related to how safe Chicago residents feel and how much trust they have in the police. The results are generated through surveys conducted by CPD's partner, Elucd.

CPD provides the public with the knowledge they need to navigate interactions with law enforcement confidently and securely by illuminating the rights guaranteed to individuals during police encounters.

Victim Services

CPD’s Victim Services team offers resources, guidance, and advocacy to help navigate the aftermath of a crime and begin the journey toward healing and justice.
